Registration on Photovaultonline

Step 1: Go to https://www.photovaultonline.com and click on “Register”.

Step 2: You will be redirected to a new page, which will look like this:

Step 3: Fill in your information.  For every block where you see an asterisk (*), the field is mandatory:

  1. LoginID: choose your own ID.
  2. Password: Type in your new password.  Write it down or save it somewhere.
  3. Repeat Password: Type in your new password again.
  4. Account type: Choose the option “I want to register myself”.
  5.  Group name: You can fill in “Centurion Camera Club”
  6. Firstname: Fill in your first name.
  7. Lastname: Fill in your surname.
  8. Birthday: Please fill it in.
  9. Email address: Fill in your email address.  Please make sure that it is correct, as all results and communications will be sent to this email address.
  10. Honours: If you are a new photographer, please ignore this.  If you do have any Honour titles from a previous club, please enter it here.
  11. Club Star Rating: For new photographers, please type in “1”.  If you already have a star grading from another club, type it in here.
  12. Landline Phone Number: not required.
  13. Mobile Phone Number: Fill in your cell number.  
  14. Address: You can fill in your postal address here.  We recommend to use your closed Postnet shop, as the SA postal service is not reliable.  This is important should medals and certificates be posted to you.
  15. Country: Select “South Africa”.
  16. Security Question: You can type in your own security question.
  17. Security Answer: You can type in the answer to your security question here. 
Once you have completed all the required fields, click on the “I am not a robot”, wait until the green tickmark appears, and then click on “Register”.

Step 4: The next screen is to confirm that an email has been sent to your email address. 

Step 5.  Go to your email programme, and look for the email from Photovault.  Please check your spam folders as well.  Then, click on the link in the email to confirm that your email address is valid.   

Step 6: The next screen will appear.  This means that your registration is successful, and that you can now log in on Photovaultonline.

IMPORTANT: The next steps are to connect you with Centurion Camera Club.

Step 7: Click on “Login”, fill in your User ID and new password, tick ” I am not a Robot”, and then “Login”

Step 8: On the next screen, please ensure that you tick the “Keep me Informed”, and then click on “Confirm”. 

Step 9: You are now loggd in.  Next, click on My Clubs, then go to the first option “Join a Club”.

Step 10: On the next page, look for Centurion Camera Club.  “Click on “Request Join”.  Then, the committee at Centurion Camera Club will receive the request and approve it.  Once it is approved, you will receive an email and then you can enter into club competitions.
