The Certificate of Excellence awards are available to any member from the PSSA clubs and school clubs that are under the age of 19.  Youth photographers enter a panel of photograhps which are then reviewed by a panel of PSSA judges.  The panels may be any of the following: 

Junior (Primary School) may enter Mixed Panel of 10 images (colour and/or monochrome).

Senior (High School and Tertiary) may be any one of the following panels:

• Mixed Panel (5 monochrome and 5 colour images)
• Colour Panel (10 colour images)
• Specialist Panel (10 images, colour and/or monochrome)
• Monochrome Panel (10 monochrome images)

A certificate and a badge are awarded to successful applicants.
